This is a space for noticing patterns.

In Ayurveda, observation comes before action. We slow down, listen carefully, and begin to see how food, rhythm, stress, seasons, and history interact in the body over time.

My work is not about quick fixes or rigid protocols. It’s about understanding what your system is asking for now, and responding with clarity, steadiness, and care.

From this vantage point, small shifts can become meaningful change.

The Observatory

How Observation Becomes Personal

Every body carries its own patterns.

In Ayurveda, we understand health through doshas — three fundamental forces that shape how each person digests food, processes stress, responds to the seasons, and moves through life. These forces are always present, but they are expressed uniquely in each individual.

Over time, rhythm can be disrupted.
Sleep changes. Digestion shifts. Energy fluctuates. Stress accumulates. What once felt steady begins to feel slightly out of sync.

Rather than treating symptoms in isolation, this work begins by noticing how imbalance is showing up for you — and why. We look at constitution, current state, daily habits, environment, and life history to understand what your system is asking for now.

This isn’t about labeling or fixing.
It’s about learning to read your own signals with clarity and compassion.

From that understanding, we choose support that is appropriate, realistic, and responsive — whether that’s a single conversation, short-term guidance, or deeper ongoing care.

Ways to Begin

If you’re feeling drawn to this work, here are a few ways to start — depending on the level of support you’re looking for right now.

Clarity Session · $295

A single, extended 1:1 session

A focused, one-time session designed to bring clarity to a specific question, concern, or moment of transition.

We’ll concentrate on what feels most present right now and identify a small number of meaningful shifts you can begin immediately.

This session is well suited for:

  • Digestive discomfort or changes

  • Hormonal or cycle-related questions

  • Feeling “off” and unsure where to begin

  • A desire for perspective without long-term commitment

This can also be a gentle way to experience my approach before committing to deeper work.

Sessions are approximately 75 minutes and held by appointment.

Seasonal Support · $695

Short-term care aligned with change

Designed for moments of transition — seasonal shifts, life changes, or times when your body feels slightly out of sync.

We begin with an initial session followed by two follow-up sessions, creating space to observe how your system responds and refine support along the way.

This offering works well for:

  • Seasonal or situational imbalances

  • Stressful life transitions

  • Preventative support during times of increased demand

  • Those wanting continuity without a longer container

The initial session is approximately 75 minutes, with follow-up sessions lasting 60 minutes each.

The Continuum · $1350

A foundational series of 1:1 care

This is the most comprehensive way to work together, and the option I recommend for those ready for deeper, sustained change.

We begin with an extended initial session, followed by four follow-up sessions spaced over approximately 8–10 weeks. This allows us to observe patterns as they unfold, make thoughtful adjustments over time, and integrate changes in a way that feels steady and realistic.

Well suited for:

  • Ongoing digestive concerns

  • Hormonal transitions and perimenopause

  • Chronic stress or fatigue

  • Anyone wanting a deeper understanding of their body, rhythms, and patterns

Includes:

  • One extended initial session

  • Four follow-up sessions

  • Ongoing refinement of food, daily rhythms, and supportive practices

The initial session is approximately 90 minutes. Follow-up sessions are approximately 60 minutes each, spaced over 8–10 weeks.

(Payment plans available for The Continuum upon request.)

Working together is a relationship built over time.

I don’t believe in rushing change or forcing the body into someone else’s timeline. I believe in careful listening, honest conversation, and making space for patterns to reveal themselves — at a pace that’s sustainable.

If this way of working resonates, the next step is simply starting a conversation.
